Mardi Gras Fundraiser
Join us for live music and delicous food at the Mardi Gras Fundraiser in support of St. Paul’s Sandwich Making Ministry. St. Paul’s makes more than 1000 sandwiches a month to help feed people in need. This fundraiser is a part of making this important ministry thrive.
Cost is $25 person, $10 for children; Take out will be available.

Preliminary Menu
Gluten Free/Vegetarian/Kids selections will be available
- Gumbo – A delicious mélange of shrimp and andouille sausage with vegetables in a savory broth
- Creole Catfish – A classic recipe with firm but tender white fish with a cornmeal crust
- Creamy New Orleans Chicken – Juicy and tender chicken in a flavorful cream sauce
- Roasted Vegetables – a variety of vegetable roasted to perfection
- Rice
- Cornbread
- Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce
- Hurricane Punch (non-alcoholic)
If you’d like to give an additional gift, these are the ways your donation will help our neighbors:
$50 – Provides 1 case of apples
$100 – provides a case of mayo and mustard packets
$275 – Snacks and crackers for one month of lunches
$500 – Meat for 1000 sandwiches
$1500 – Sponsors one month of sandwich making
