SUMMARY:Adult Forum: Faith and Politics
DESCRIPTION:Led by The Rev. Noah Evans\, Rector \n in the Undercroft \n Join us for a special Sunday Forum as our Rector\, The Rev. Noah Evans\, leads a thoughtful and timely conversation on Faith and Politics. As we navigate the current complicated political climate\, consider our responsibilities as citizens and people of faith. This forum will explore how our Christian identity informs our engagement with the public square. We’ll reflect on questions such as: What does the Episcopal Church teach about political involvement? How can we speak across political differences while remaining grounded in love and truth? What does it mean to follow Jesus in a polarized society? What is the impact of the new IRS rules that allow faith communities to endorse political candidates? This is a space for respectful dialogue and deep reflection.

DESCRIPTION:with the Rev.Laura Di Panfilo \n Join us as we explore one of the most enduring and difficult questions of faith: Why do bad things happen to good people? In our time together we will discuss how the Bible helps us answer this question and understand God’s presence in the midst of pain and suffering.  Whether you’ve wrestled with this question personally or are simply curious about how our faith speaks into it\, all are welcome to come\, listen\, and share. \n

SUMMARY:All Parish Program Year Kick-Off Brunch
DESCRIPTION:Kids and families and parishioners of all ages\, join us after the 8:45am worship service for our annual All-Parish Program Year Kick-Off Brunch. Breakfast sandwiches will be made by our Men’s Group. At 10:15am\, all kids and their families will be dismissed to their assigned Sunday School classrooms to meet their new teachers and classmates. Parents will then return to the Undercroft for a presentation about Sunday School. This is a terrific opportunity for everyone to get to know each other and celebrate the beginning of the academic year! There will also be an Adult Education Fair during this time where you can learn about how to get involved in spiritual formation and community at St. Paul’s. We are looking for a few volunteers to help clean up after the breakfast. If you  can help\, please text Karen Viggiano at (412) 445-3260.
